Coimbra Congress Center – Convento de S. Francisco

New Congress Center, opening in 2016, offers the ability to receive congresses of up to 1100 people in a brilliant piece of modern and historical architecture.
This congress center is located across the river from the city center, it can be reached with a pleasant 15 minute walk across the bridge.

HUC – University of Coimbra Hospitals

This is a Teaching Hospital and one of the University Campus. It is located a bit out of the city center and on the other side of the hill in front of the hotel. It is easy to get to, both by car (10 minutes) or taking a bus a few steps away from the hotel.

University of Coimbra – Faculty of Economics

Located around 10 minutes drive away from the hotel in the Economics Campus.
Auditorium Capacity: 250 Pax.
Tip: There usually isn’t much parking around this campus, ask us what bus to take.

CCDRC: Comissão de Coordenação e Desenvolvimento Regional do Centro

Located 10 minutes drive away from the hotel, has some tricky directions if you don’t know your way around town.
Tip: Either take a taxi or ask us for directions!
Theatre Maximum Capacity: 150 Pax

University of Coimbra – Reitoria Auditorium

Located in one of the oldest working University campus of the world. From Hotel Oslo to this campus should take around 10 to 15 minutes by foot. There are many buses around the corner that will take you in about the same time.
Tip: Take either a bus or a taxi to the University and afterwards find your way back by foot and enjoy the view. Cars are not advisable, parking is scarce and directions to the campus are tricky.
Theater Capacity: 470 Pax.

University of Coimbra – Faculty of Law Auditorium

Under the old University building, nowadays Faculty of Law. Capacity: 472 Pax.
From Hotel Oslo to this faculty should take around 10 to 15 minutes by foot. There are many buses around the corner that will take you in about the same time.
Tip: Take either a bus or a taxi to the University and afterwards unwind as you find your way back by foot and enjoy the views. Cars are not advisable, parking is scarce and directions are tricky.

Bissaya Barreto Auditorium

Located out of town, in the Conhecimento e Cidadania Campus, in Bencanta.
The best way to reach this campus is by car, it should take you about 15 minutes to get there.
