The “Praxis”, a Restaurant a Factory and Beer Museum of Coimbra, is located on the left bank of the Mondego River and should be part of your script for Coimbra. The “Praxis” gives back to Coimbra a brewery heritage where the main secret is the quality of the Water of Coimbra and Praxis objective is to “rebuild and rewrite the historical and secular heritage of Coimbra Breweries”. There you will be able to visit a Museum and the Factory where you will learn the brewing process and, of course, taste one of four (or even four) Praxis beers: Pilsner, with a hint of hops; Dunkel, with roasted aroma; the Ambar that is characterized by its bitter singular; the Weiss, typically German, stands out for its aroma and intense flavor. The Restaurant, an integral part of the Factory and Museum, offers a varied gastronomy: from meat dishes to fish dishes, not forgetting the selection with quality seafood. Being this a large and pleasant space that is open all day, you can also enjoy something during the afternoon always accompanied, of course, by a Beer Praxis.
