Two concepts in the same space “Cordel Maneirista” and “Hamburgaria Maneirista”.
“Cordel Maneirista”, a Restaurant that joins in the same space two different gastronomic concepts. On the one hand, a menu that offers deep rooted traditional Portuguese dishes such as “Arroz de Carqueja”, “Polvo com Batata Doce e Cebola Roxa Caramelizada com Vinho do Porto”, “Robalo em Espumante ” and “Naco com Queijo da Serra”, among others. On the other hand, they added a concept of Artisan Hamburgers offering options of beef, salmon and chicken, with a twist of traditional Portuguese cheeses. But, take note: when you visit the “Cordel Maneirista” you really have to save some space for dessert. This restaurants invested heavily on traditional conventual sweets: highlighting the “Pudim das Clarissas” that has already won three gold medals on awards for Traditional Portuguese Sweets and the famous “Pastéis de Santa Clara” which also has two silver medals.
